Policy on Revisions

The number of revisions you are entitled to depends on the package you choose. Customers can request unlimited free modifications, provided the design and concept remain unchanged. Revisions are typically completed within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the scope of work.

Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee

Deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after the completion of the work unless Custom Studioz cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than the client’s non-compliance or failure to perform.

Refund requests are subject to the following guidelines

  1. Before delivery of initial design concepts: You are eligible for a **full refund*, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  2. Within 48 hours of receiving the initial designs: You are eligible for a **50% refund*, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  3. Between 48-120 hours after the initial design delivery: You are eligible for a **33% refund*, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  4. After 120 hours of initial design delivery: Refund requests will not be entertained. However, you are encouraged to contact us to address any concerns.
  5. No action taken for 10 days: If no action is taken on your order for 10 days, refund requests will not be considered. Reactivating your project may incur additional fees.
  6. Unresponsive clients: If you fail to participate in the project for more than 10 days, the project will be considered suspended, and reactivation may require additional fees.
  7. After final file delivery: Refunds are not available once the final files are delivered. Similarly, refunds for website development will not be provided once the website is completed or made live.
  8. Storyboard completion for video animation: Refunds are not available once the storyboard has been created.
  9. Third-party services: Refunds will not be provided for Hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, Content Writing, or Social Media Services.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions

  1. Refunds will only be processed if the initial design concepts are not approved or revised.
  2. Refund requests must be communicated through the appropriate channels (see below).
  3. Refunds are based on the order being placed in good faith. Refunds will not be granted if a client places multiple orders for the same project with different agencies to claim a refund unfairly.
  4. In cases where revisions are required, we will continue to provide modifications to ensure satisfaction instead of issuing a refund.

How to claim your refund

Our website includes social media features like the “Like” button on Facebook, as well as other widgets like the “Share” button and mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address and the page you’re viewing on our site, and they may set cookies to function properly.

Third-Party Intervention

Custom Studioz does not share your personal information with third parties except as stated in this policy. However, we may need to provide confidential information to third-party service providers, such as credit card processors, who help us bill you for services. These companies are prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose.

We also use services like Live Person for live chat support. These service providers can only use your data to provide the services they’re contracted for.
